All in all, it's a method of eating that a lot of people wish that they could follow. Dr. Perricone makes it sound so simple.

People following this diet should have plenty of fresh water with their meal.

Dr. Perricone recommends that you have snacks at regular intervals through the day. This should include 2 ounces of roast chicken or turkey, a couple of almonds or 6 oz. of plain yogurt.

Because it's so simple, a lot of people who undergo the Perricone 3-day facelift diet can knock down some pounds also, but the main objective is to enable people to reduce the wrinkles on the skin and give them a better alternative than surgery to get a facelift.
